On behalf of the committee, we proudly announce you that Universitas Amikom Purwokerto is going to organize International Conference on Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering (ICITISEE) which will take place on December 15th-16th, 2025 at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, Banyumas, Indonesia. The conference will be held online and onsite.

 

The conference is organized jointly with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (DTETI UGM) and Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, and IEEE Indonesia Section.

 

The theme of this year’s ICITISEE is “AI for Social Good: Tackling Global Challenges?”. The conference will strengthen the collaboration and provide a forum for academicians, professionals and researchers to discuss and exchange their research results, innovative ideas, and experiences to advance the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electronic Engineering in the modern world.

 

We all the committee would like to say welcome, and we hope this conference will give you a valuable experience and a memorable stay in Purwokerto, Indonesia.

Publication

 

Two ISBN publications will be produced with all the accepted and presented papers.  All paper submissions will be checked for originality. Due to IEEE policy, papers with high similarity score may not be accepted by the conference. All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

IEEE No-Show Policy

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

To be included in the official conference proceedings and eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, the following conditions must be met:

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full author rate.

  • The registered author must attend and present the paper at the conference.

If a paper is accepted but not presented (either in person or via approved remote means), it will be deemed a “no-show.” No-show papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore or made available through any IEEE public access platform.

Prof. Hidetaka Nambo (Kanazawa University, Japan)

Kanazawa University

Prof. Hidetaka Nambo is a professor at the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Sciences, Institute of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Sciences, Kanazawa University. With a Doctor of Engineering in System Science from Kanazawa University, his research focuses on Artificial Intelligence within the field of Electrical and Computer Science. He is affiliated with both graduate and undergraduate programs in Information and Communication Engineering and has received multiple awards.

Dr. Indriana Hidayah, S.T., M.T. (Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia)

Dr. Indriana Hidayah, S.T., M.T. is a faculty member at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), specializing in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Image Processing. She holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from UGM, with research focused on student modeling and adaptive metacognitive scaffolding. Her academic interests include data mining and intelligent systems, and she actively contributes to research in software development and public health technology.

The International Conference on Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering (ICITISEE) 2025, will be take place on December 15th-16th, 2025 at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, Banyumas, Indonesia. The conference will be held online and onsite.

 

ICITISEE 2025 aims to present research results and provide information on the research that has been done to the international world, to strengthen the cooperation between academia, professionals and researchers as well as with the industrial world, to discuss and exchange creative ideas and innovative ways to advance the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering.
The conference will feature prominent keynote speakers who have a research focus in the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering.
