On behalf of the committee, we proudly announce you that Universitas Amikom Purwokerto is going to organize international conference on Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering (ICITISEE) which will take place on November 29th-30th, 2023 at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, Banyumas, Indonesia. The conference will be held online and onsite.
The conference is organized jointly with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada (DTETI UGM) and Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta, Student Branch Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, Indonesia Computer Chapter, IEEE Indonesia Section.
The theme of this year’s ICITISEE is “Innovations in Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Digitalized Society”. The conference will strengthen the collaboration and provide a forum for academicians, professionals and researchers to discuss and exchange their research results, innovative ideas, and experiences to advance the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electronic Engineering in the modern world.

IEEE No-Show Policy:
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. In order to be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference at the full rate and present the paper at the conference. If a paper is accepted but not presented at the conference, the paper will be considered a “no-show”. No-show papers will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public access IEEE forums.
Keynote Speakers
Prof. Madya Dr. Nor Azman Abu (Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka)
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Azman Abu is a senior lecturer and researcher in the field of cryptography, mental arithmetic, audio and image compression. He holds a PhD in Cryptography from UTeM, an Associate of Science in Computer Science (with Distinction), a Master of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University, US, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Statistics from Purdue University.
He is a member of the Information Security Forensics and Computer Networking (INSFORNET) research group. With his expertise in cryptography, he has conducted research on various topics such as encryption, secure key exchange, and digital signatures. He is also known for his work in mental arithmetic, where he has developed algorithms to improve calculation speed and accuracy. His research in audio and image compression focuses on developing efficient methods to reduce the size of digital files without compromising quality.
Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Achmad Benny Mutiara, Q. N. SSi, S.Kom
Achmad Benny Mutiara, born in 1968, is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in computational science and information technology. He earned his bachelor's degrees in Physics and Informatics Engineering in 1991. Following this, he pursued a Master's (S2) and a Doctorate (S3) in Computation at Universitaet Goettingen, Germany, from 1993 to 2000, focusing on Molecular Dynamics Simulation and Monte Carlo Simulation in physics.
Achmad has actively contributed to academia, excelling in teaching and research supervision. He has held administrative roles, managing and evaluating the performance of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology. His leadership extends to overseeing SARMAG programs in Computer Science and Information Systems.
Adhistya Erna Permanasari, S.T., M.T., Ph.D (Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia)
Adhistya Erna Permanasari, S.T., M.T., Ph.D, is an expert in Information and Computing Sciences. She specializes in decision support systems, pattern recognition, data mining, and artificial intelligence. Dr. Permanasari is an active member of the Smart System and Software Engineering research cluster, focusing on preventive and public health dentistry. She obtained her Ph.D. from UTP, Petronas, with a scholarship in 2007.

The International Conference on Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering (ICITISEE) 2023, will be take place on November 29th-30th, 2023 at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, Banyumas, Indonesia. The conference will be held online and onsite.
ICITISEE 2023 aims to present research results and provide information on the research that has been done to the international world, to strengthen the cooperation between academia, professionals and researchers as well as with the industrial world, to discuss and exchange creative ideas and innovative ways to advance the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering.
The conference will feature prominent keynote speakers who have a research focus in the field of Information Technology, Information Systems and Electrical Engineering.
